Story

An ultra-modern building offering innovative services needs to be accompanied by a modern application to support the whole exclusive customer journey.

With this in mind, I designed as part of a team a single application that enables the building's residents to take advantage of the full service offering and plan their daily office life as effectively as possible.

In order to create a user-friendly mobile app, we defined personas and user journeys to provide a solution that adds as much value as possible. A user-centered process was key to success in this project (as in many others!) and it led us to the creation of many prototypes which were later tested in real conditions.

A team composed of developers, designers and consultants worked on this project following the Agile methodology to ensure an efficient roadmap and communication while integrating changes and improvements along the way.
