Managing the invoices and refunds of thousands of insurance companies at a national level is a tricky task. As part of a team, I created an application that simplifies the exchange of information and documents, leading to reduction in people errors and response times.
This application allows insurance companies to easily drop files (such as invoices) and refunding companies to easily retrieve them to create and manage the repayments.
This application has also an improved search feature allowing the refunding companies to easily find cases during their daily tasks such as during phone calls.
We put a lot of attention in improving the length of the forms in the
application by using several
