Story

As part of a team, I recently created an e-commerce website for a national organization supplying educational equipment and other materials to public schools. This platform has a huge impact as it is now used by a lot of users across the country and manages the stock of millions of products.

In this context, the interface has to be very intuitive and easily usable, minimizing user errors and guiding them in achieving their daily tasks. We implemented many user-friendly features such as the creation of favorites lists and the ability to create and keep multiple baskets in standby.

On the other hand, the platform has a whole management interface for the stock and orders managers to validate and exchange about orders. They also have the ability to validate orders reception and to handle support requests.
